If you’ve ever met Stephanie, you already know: she makes our workplace brighter just by walking into it. She brings positivity the way some people bring coffee consistently, generously, and exactly when everyone needs it most. With over 15 years of experience as a cosmetologist, she’s basically the Michelangelo of manicures. If nails could talk, they’d ask for her by name. Her skill, patience, and creativity set a standard the rest of us can only aspire to (and occasionally stare at in awe).
She’s also an exceptional leader the kind who guides without pushing, supports without hovering, and somehow keeps everything running smoothly even on the days when the universe seems determined to test us. Her calm, capable presence is the glue that holds the chaos together. And beyond work, Stephanie is a wonderful wife and an incredible mom to two beautiful children. Balancing a career, leadership, and family is no small feat, yet she does it with a kind of grace that makes the rest of us wonder if she secretly has superpowers.
